We carry out a comprehensive plant breakdown recovery service involving repair of shafts, castings and just about
every other component imaginable for a wide variety of industries.
Our workshop is equipped to manufacture one off components or batch production of high precision machined
components in Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels, Aluminium, Titanium and Plastics.
Fabrication is aided by CAD design and CNC Waterjet cutting of components. Welding is carried out by our
coded welders.
All products can be taken from a concept with the customer on CAD, through to machine code for manufacture
on our various CNC machines.
In house toolmaking with 3D modelling, prototyping and pre-production product analyses leading to
manufacture on our injection moulding machines.
Brake disc skimming and cylinder head machining and testing for the motor trade is carried out on our dedicated
brake lathe, cylinder head grinder and pressure test rig.
